The fair was held with the support of the general sponsor NIX and partners EPAM Ukraine, SoftServe, the information portal “Work in Kharkov”, PTUOS NTU “KhPI”, the Regional Employment Center and CJSC “Kharkov Biscuit Factory”.

The event began with a solemn congratulation of the rector of NTU “KhPI” Sokol Evgeny Ivanovich. The Director of the Kharkov Regional Employment Center Vladimir Leonidovich Minenko, Director of the Department of Science and Education of the Regional State Administration Karpova Larisa Georgievna, Deputy Head of the Family and Youth Affairs Department of the Department of Family, Youth and Sports of the Kharkiv City Alina Valerievna Shenogolets, Chairman of the Association of Employers’ Organizations of Kharkiv Rubanenko Leonid Ivanovich, Executive Director of the Association of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Kharkiv Region Nabok Eduard Evgenievich, as well as the head of the training center of the NIX company Viktoria Kovtun joined the congratulations of the rector.

More than 1000 vacancies from 56 enterprises of the Kharkov region and Ukraine were presented at the fair, as well as offers of internships and practical training with following employment for students of NTU “KhPI”. This year there were representatives of 31 manufacturing enterprises, 11 IT companies and 14 firms and organizations of other fields of activity, in particular:

– large manufacturing enterprises and groups of enterprises from various industries (State Enterprise Kharkov Machine-Building Plant “FED”, BIIR Ukraine, LLC “Khavi Product”, KERNEL GROUP, LLC “OPTIMUSAGRO TRADE”, OP “Zaporizhskij Oil-Extraction Plant”, Procter & Gamble, etc. )

– IT companies (NIX, EPAM Ukraine, SoftServe, SoftinWay, etc.)

– other enterprises and companies (“Work in Kharkov”, LLC “Union of Travel Agencies UTA”, LLC “Silpo-Food”, LLC “New Post”, LLC “Automated Service Systems”, etc.).

For the first time, the representatives of the enterprises of LLC Novo-Vodolazhsky Oil and Fat Combine, LLC Velotrade, LLC STALEX, CRH Ukraine and the IT company LLC Profiteam have visited our fair.

Everyone could communicate with company representatives on the same day, take part in intellectual games, tests and giveaways from representatives of IT companies, as well as discover new interesting market offers in general and enterprises in particular, learn about the current requirements of employers and leave resume. There were also conducted career guidance tests for students with the support of the Regional Employment Center.
